    Our Priority Services Register is vital to support customers who need that extra help, especially during emergencies. The Register helps us tailor our service to customers' specific needs, whether that's a bill in Braille or if they need bottled water delivered to their door if their water supply is interrupted.

  • Kidney Care UK drop-in session

    As part of our partnership with Kidney Care UK, Wessex Water and Bristol Water attended a drop-in session at Southmead Hospital. We helped dialysis patients join our Priority Service Register.

    At the start of October 2023, we submitted our detailed business plan for 2025 to 2030 to the industry regulator, Ofwat, for assessment. In developing this plan, we talked to thousands of customers, businesses, and stakeholders to make sure it addresses their needs and priorities.
