We have been working closely with the energy company SSEN (they distribute the power through wires and cables to our homes) on a number of different projects. Stay tuned for more information on these projects coming up in future newsletter editions but our latest partner work saw us buddy up with one of their customer and community advisors to see how they deal with customers in vulnerable circumstances.
Our social policy manager Anna Symonds travelled to one of their depots in Hampshire to see what happens. "
It was a great day, we learnt lots about how SSEN help customers in vulnerable circumstances during a power cut. The help that they give customers in general is brilliant but especially to those on the priority service register. We are looking forward to seeing what future work we can do together"
