    In these difficult times we understand how important it is to give all our customers the best service especially when they need it the most. We know that everyone's needs are different and our free Priority Services register is designed to help. 

    By joining Priority Services we can take into account any particular needs our customers may have due to age, ill health, a disability, mental illness or something else.  

    Priority Services member can: 


    • ensure they always have easy access to water 
    • choose how to receive their bills and communication from us 
    • ask for help with reading their meter 
    • set up a password for when we visit. 

    In our business plan over the next five years it is our aim to support as many of our customers as we can by adding them to this register and supporting at least 7% of our households over the Wessex Water region by 2025. We hope to achieve this by promotion but also through sharing data with the energy industry who also provide this service. We currently work with Western Power Distribution and Scottish & Southern Electric Networks.  

    If you, your clients or anyone you know could benefit from the service, there are various ways that you can sign up:

    The form can also be found in many of our social tariff forms if you would like to order copies to give to clients where appropriate- these can be requested via Partnerhub

    They can also sign up through for this service our data sharing partners, which means they only have to sign up once for this.
