How we will use their personal data
The personal and health information you provide about your patient and any other person in this request will be used to add your patient to our Priority Services register and/or assess their eligibility for help with water bills in accordance with our statutory obligations. It may be shared with the Department for Work and Pensions for these reasons.
If they are eligible for help with their bills, we may also share this information with their council or local authority so that they can contact them about the benefits and tax reduction schemes they could be eligible for.
