BSI Kitemark for Inclusive Service

We recently achieved the BSI Kitemark for Inclusive Service (ISO 22458). This certification looks across all of the support we offer to customers who need extra help, both financial and non-financial, to make sure we are fully inclusive and accessible to all and our services meet best practice.
