Cost of Living Crisis Update

We are predicting an increase in demand for help with water bills as a result of the cost of living crisis. So, we are introducing new ways to support customers further.

  1. We are making changes to our Assist scheme by:
    • making it easier for customers to apply
    • providing help at the first point of contact
    • giving customers longer to seek debt advice.
