As of 1 September, the opening hours of our billing Contact Centre will be changing to:

• Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm.

This will allow us to have more of our teams available during peak times.

• Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm, which either you or your client can call.
