Round up of the year 2022

It’s been an incredibly busy year for us, so we wanted to reflect on just a few examples of what we’ve have done to support our customers.

These include:

  1. Broadening the support of the Dementia Safeguarding scheme by purchasing GPS tracking devices.
  2. Supporting our customers through the cost-of-living crisis by:
    • Making changes to our Assist scheme
    • Data sharing with councils
    • Extra funding to the debt advice sector
    • Attending Cost of living events throughout our region.
  3. Following the CCW affordability review we conducted a pilot which examined that ‘all water companies should operate a simple application process that covers all support schemes’.
  4. Exploring new partnerships, including working with the Royal Association for the Deaf.
