It’s important we always look back on what we have achieved in the last year. We are really proud of the achievements we have made in partnership with the experts we work with every day so we can support our customers. Here are some of the things we have achieved:
- Growing new partnerships, including working with Kidney Care UK to support our customers living with chronic kidney disease.
- Introducing two-way data sharing with our local energy distribution networks and Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Service.
- Offering a new way to communicate with our customers who use British Sign Language by working with SignLive to introduce this service to our Contact Centres and field teams.
- Holding our first Vulnerability Awareness Week for our staff, highlighting the importance of spotting the signs, how we can support our staff and customers who need extra help and sharing best practices.
- Providing an additional £160,000 of funding to the debt advice sector to help support with the cost-of-living crisis.
