Our Priority Services Register is vital to support our customers who need that extra help, especially during emergencies. The register helps us tailor our service to customers’ specific needs, whether that’s a bill in Braille or if they need bottled water delivered to their door if their water supply is interrupted.
We were set a target by our regulator Ofwat to have over 90,000 households on our register by 2025. We are pleased to have reached a milestone of 100,000 in 2023.
We have achieved this through the hard work of our teams promoting and spotting the signs of vulnerability, with the help of information received from data shares and any partners who sign up their clients.
