What we've achieved
As we approach the end of the year, it’s important to reflect on what we’ve achieved together.
We’re proud of the progress made in partnership with the experts we work with every day to support our customers in the best possible way.
Here are some of the highlights from the past 12 months:

We teamed up with the National Support Hub to go further in supporting customers in need.

We refreshed our Vulnerability Strategy following valuable feedback from Ofwat, CCW, long-term partners and customers to ensure it remains fit for the future. The refreshed strategy has now been submitted to Ofwat who said it is credible and meets the criteria of their support for all guidance.

In collaboration with the Department for Work and Pensions, we introduced auto-enrolment for eligible customers into the WaterSure affordability support scheme.

We welcomed a third new member to our community outreach team to help us hold even more community drop-ins across our region in partnership with Bristol Water and Bournemouth Water.

Our customer policy team met the Princess Royal in May during her visit to Citizens Advice East Dorset and Purbeck to see the Advice Bus funding with support from Wessex Water.
