Round-up of the year 2024

It’s important that we always take a look back on what we have achieved in the last year.

We are really proud of the progress we have made in partnership with the experts we work with every day so we can support our customers in the best possible way. Here are some of the things we have achieved:

  1. Developed a new partnership with IE Hub, a leader in customer vulnerability and income expenditure solutions, allowing us to support more customers on a digital platform.
  2. Re-launched our updated vulnerability strategy as part of the customer-focused licence condition with the inclusion and input from a wide range of existing partners.
  3. We have been supporting Stop Loan Sharks and have been awarded partner standard level recognition for our support in raising awareness of the dangers of using loan sharks.
  4. Introduced a new community drop-in service for customers. This was a brand new service which has been providing customers with the opportunity to speak to us in person if they have any queries about their bill, water or sewerage services.
  5. Introduced a care leavers scheme, a region-wide roll-out of a new incentive to support care leavers with their bills.
